We recently dined at Rogues of Rotherham on Valentine's Day, and unfortunately, the overall experience left much to be desired. I believe it's important to share my honest feedback to help others make informed decisions.Slow Service and Long Wait: The service was exceptionally slow, leading to a frustratingly long wait time. It was disheartening to witness other diners around us expressing their dissatisfaction and confusion about the delay in receiving their meals.Unpleasant Atmosphere: The atmosphere was uncomfortable and marred by the frustration of other diners who were visibly upset, questioning the whereabouts of their orders. This contributed to a negative dining environment, which was not what one would expect on Valentine's Day.Discrepancies in Meal Delivery: Adding to the disappointment, there were noticeable discrepancies in the meal delivery. Our table and other tables noted diners who ordered well after themselves and our table received their meals first, creating further confusion and frustration among patrons.Extremely Small Portion Sizes: The servings were extremely small, leaving us unsatisfied and hungry even after three courses. In fact, some of us had to resort to visiting a fast-food drive-thru on the way home to curb our hunger, which was quite disappointing considering the amount spent on the meal.Failed Valentine's Day Promotion: The special Valentine's Day promotion Rogues of Rotherham advertised turned out to be an epic flop. It not only failed to live up to expectations but left a lasting negative impression on what should have been a memorable evening.In conclusion, based on our experience, we cannot recommend Rogues of Rotherham and do not plan to return. I hope this feedback serves as constructive criticism, and the necessary improvements are made to enhance the overall dining experience for future patrons.
